Date of Purchase: Enter 2 days from today (this is not the date of the course, but the date we begin the process of preparing for your training)

If you rent a chair, enter whichever payment is less: home or work rent (or mortgage)

Employment Status: If you select "Employed" you will not need to submit any proof of income. If you select "Self Employed" they may require you tax returns. For this reason we recommend selecting "Employed".
STEP 8
Income: Enter the your total household income - meaning if you live with anyone else (family or significant other), add up everyone’s income in the house for the total income.
STEP 9
If you're credit challenged, add a co-applicant and fill out their info. If you feel you have non-qualifying credit (~600 or below) have someone else apply on your behalf and do NOT include your name anywhere on the application.
NOTE
In most cases you should not need to submit anyone's payment info, proof or stubs - all that's needed is the applicant’s ID and signature.
LAST THING...
United Credit will send results in minutes. If declined, re-apply with a co-applicant. If declined again, you may have someone else with qualifying credit apply on your behalf (do not include yourself on the application). Once approved, they will follow up with instructions.
